Western Anatomy Āsana Foundations integrates eastern anatomy through the use of the ‘prānavāyu’ to align the body in postures. It prepares the Yoga Teacher with context, details, and knowledge to support their students.

In Cakra: The Inside Story, you’ll discover how the pulsing vibrations define the inner essence of cakra and how we can use this tool to enhance our work with clients. Course is APD for C-IAYT Yoga Therapists and open to Yoga Teachers, part 1 is prerequisite to our Yoga Therapy Training.
This 45-hour advanced course is available for all yoga practitioners who have a minimum 200 RYT or equivalent, also the prerequisite Bridge Program for the Yoga Therapy Training. Come and learn and experience the style of teaching before committing to the full Yoga Therapist certification (500 RYT or equivalent is required).
