Where are you located?
3333 Federal Blvd in Denver, CO 80211
- There is no parking allowed directly on Federal; we are on the west side.
- Our main entrance is in the rear.
- Off-street parking is available behind our building in a lot accessible through the alley.
- Access to the alley for the parking lot behind our building from north or south on Federal is off of 33rd/Highland Park, also from south on Federal is off of 34th.
- Additionally, parking on any nearby side street must abide by local signage.
What do I need to know about coming to a Yoga Class?
Our yoga classes are available to students of all levels. Whether you are a beginning student or an advanced practitioner, feel free to let the teacher know so that they can offer specific advice to maximize your experience.
At this time, there is no need to register in advance; we offer our yoga classes on a drop-in basis.
Our yoga classes are limited to approximately eight people and our well-trained teachers offer a personalized yoga experience. Explore your own expression of life through yoga and self-nurturing.

When should I register for a scheduled program?
As soon as you know you want to attend! In fact, we often offer discounted pricing the earlier that you sign up. No matter what, please register at least 2 weeks before the class start date. Programs without minimum registration by the 2 week mark will be canceled.
Our main system includes online registration with your credit card — just follow the links. If you prefer to pay in person, reach out to make arrangements.
What do I need to know about registering for a Training?
If you are registering for a formal training, additional steps include viewing our School Policies and Catalog, and filling out an Application and an Enrollment Form. We’ll be in touch with more on this information after we receive your initial registration.
