Yoga Classes

We offer yoga classes to support students in their experience of yoga.

See our Yoga Class Schedule below.

Our practices are a meditation-in-motion.

Join us and use the benefits of a regular yoga practice to give you more energy,
increase your strength and flexibility, and help your body regulate itself.
Classes are suitable for all ages, with modifications as needed.

Our classes are now online and in-person, see below for more info.
