We offer yoga classes to support students in their experience of yoga.

Our practices are a meditation-in-motion.

Join us and use the benefits of a regular yoga practice to give you more energy,
increase your strength and flexibility, and help your body regulate itself.

Our in-person classes are cancelled until further notice.

However, we are offering the following times online: 

Monday @ 8:30 – 9:45 a.m. with Hansa
Monday @ 4:30 – 5:45 p.m. with Hansa 
Tuesday @ 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. with Sandy
Wednesday @ 12 – 1:10 p.m. with Hansa
Thursday @ 8:30 – 9:45 a.m. with Hansa

8:30 – 10:00 a.m.  Kripalu Yoga with Hansa
A gentle vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), a relaxation and a short meditation.

4:30 – 5:40 p.m.  Kripalu Yoga with Hansa
A gentle vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), a relaxation and a short meditation.

Wednesday

12:00 – 1:00 p.m.  Kripalu Yoga with Hansa
A gentle vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), a relaxation and a short meditation.

Thursday

8:30 – 10:00 a.m.  Kripalu Yoga with Hansa
A gentle vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), a relaxation and a short meditation.

5:30 – 6:45 p.m.  Yoga R&R with Brandie
Calm your mind, release your stress, and build strength, flexibility, and awareness of body and mind during this classic Hatha Yoga class. Using the breath (pranayama), gentle poses (asana), and deep relaxation (savasana), this class provides a respite from your helter-skelter day and will send you home relaxed, refreshed and renewed! 

Saturday

9:00 – 10:30 a.m.  Weekend Refresher with Brandie
Sharing a morning of loving kindness through gentle yoga flows. Unwind from the week and start your weekend with gentle, caring movement.

Yoga Class Etiquette

Please arrive for class 5 minutes before the start time on the Yoga Class Schedule.  

Practice is conducted in bare feet, on an empty stomach, and wearing comfortable clothing. 

As a courtesy to others in the class, all pagers and cell phones should be left outside the yoga room. And please, no smelly lotions or perfumes should be worn.
