Prāna is our life force.  It bridges the unconscious body to the conscious body.

In this workshop, we will explore the importance of breathing fully and using it as a tool to deepen your yoga practice. There will be some anatomical discussion, some philosophical concepts and most important, prānāyāma and āsana leading into the stillness of meditation.

3-punch handouts provided. Bring your own notebook or folder.
