We offer yoga classes to support students in their experience of yoga.

Our practices are a meditation-in-motion.
Join us and use the benefits of a regular yoga practice to give you more energy,
increase your strength and flexibility, and help your body regulate itself.
Classes are suitable for all ages, with modifications as needed.
Currently, we encourage drop-ins with no pre-reservation required.
We are a health and wellness center. We establish guidelines to ensure all students are as safe as possible. We request you bring your own yoga supplies. Studio props should be sanitized after use.
Upon paying, you will receive a Zoom code to join classes. Zoom may be required in inclement weather, instead of in-person being available. Check our Facebook page as classes will be declared Zoom 1 hour before start time.

8:30 – 9:45 a.m. Yoga with Hansa (In-person and Zoom)
Hansa originally trained at Kripalu® Center for Yoga and Health. This class is taught with a focus on yoga as therapy, therefore the class will have a gentle vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation, and a short meditation.
4:30 – 5:45 p.m. Yoga with Hansa (In-person and Zoom)

Yoga Class Etiquette
Please arrive for class 5 minutes before the start time on the Yoga Class Schedule.
Practice is conducted in bare feet, on an empty stomach, and wearing comfortable clothing.
As a courtesy to others in the class, all pagers and cell phones should be left outside the yoga room. And please, no smelly lotions or perfumes should be worn.
