The Yoga Sūtra-s explores the mind! It is a book of promises exploring different practices and their benefits in stilling the movement of mind waves. It can be presented in so-o-o many ways.
During this weekend training, we will explore the changing mind versus the changeless Spiritual Awareness according to the Yoga Sūtra. The Sūtra-s offers tools to support witness consciousness from multiple approaches. We will explore:
*The mind from a yoga perspective.
*Vṛtti and how they prevent us from noticing the kleṣa.
*Kleṣa and how they impact our experience and interpretation of a life experience.
*Essential tools of practice and renunciation. And what in the world is renunciation?!
*Yama and Niyama impact on the overwhelmed mind and using the tools for awareness and to develop the ability to be kind to oneself.
*We will integrate the philosophy through practices, many outlined in the Sūtra. Note, there are practices in each chapter!

We offer the option to attain 300-hours and more, with an excess of over 1000 hours of advanced classes available.
A required 200 hours of core courses must be supplemented with 100 hours additional elective courses to complete the 300 Hour + certification.
And, then you can continue your studies and earn the Certificate of PranaYoga Advanced Yoga Teacher Training (CPYT) for attaining 1000 hours of education.
You must have a 200 hour YTT certification before you can register. Courses can be used as continuing education.
