The Song of God. One chapter in a huge epic. Gandhi called it his Bible. What is this book called the Bhagavad Gītā? A frequent comment made is that it is a male, Kṛṣṇa, telling us to believe and honor him. Some feel it is a misogynistic story. An allegoric exploration tells a different story.

Kṛṣṇa is the Divine Nārāyāna or Brahman that rests in the heart. Arjuna is the doubting mind. They are in a dialogue. Kṛṣṇa reviews the reality that we are not this body. We are Spirit having the experience of being in a body. We can do this experience of remembering who we are in different ways. Go for it; acknowledge the demons of the mind and then, focus on what is true. Kṛṣṇa the Divine is each of us living with a focus on the Divine Self, not the limited self. Investigate this amazing guide for life in this course.
