Since we can’t be together in the studio right now, join us for yoga through the web!!
The goal is for you to have a yoga time-out.

Single Class  $16
8-class package  $98

We offer a discount
for people over 65 years:
Single Class  $13
8-class package  $93

For a limited time,
we are offering 4-class packages too.

Note: we are uncertain how long we will offer this option of online Yoga classes but payments are good for in-class too.

you can donate for your participation when the studio reopens,
pay for classes here,
or you can mark your series cards once we’re back in the studio,
whatever works best for you.

Class Times

Before attending, please Contact Us if you have a medical concern that Hansa or Sandy should know about.

With Hansa:

Monday @ 8:30 – 9:45 a.m.
Monday @ 4:30 – 5:45 p.m.
Wednesday @ 12 – 1:10 p.m.
Thursday @ 8:30 – 9:45 a.m. 

Hansa teaches a gentle vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and a short meditation.

With Sandy:

Tuesday @ 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Sandy offers a gentle yoga experience with an emphasis on breath and inner awareness. The class is suitable for all ages with modifications as needed. Sandy has been practicing yoga for over 40 years, and teaching for over 20 years. PranaYoga is her home studio and she is grateful to Hansa as her teacher and mentor.
