Online Yoga Classes

Yoga Class Participants: We are a health and wellness center.  We are establishing guidelines to ensure all students are as safe as possible.

To attend yoga sessions, you must be vaccinated.

We request you bring your own yoga supplies.

If you use studio props, please sanitize the props and move them to the Bapuji (small) room. They will stay separate for three days before being returned to public use.

If you are not vaccinated, you must have permission of the instructor to attend class. You will need to wear a mask.

As you register, you’ll receive the links for Zoom.

Single Class  $16
8-class package  $98

We offer a discount
for people over 65 years:
Single Class  $13
8-class package  $93

For a limited time,
we are offering 4-class packages too.

Note: we are uncertain how long we will offer this option of online Yoga classes but payments are good for in-class too.

or you can mark your series cards once you’re back in the studio.

With Hansa:

Monday @ 8:30 – 9:45 a.m.
Monday @ 4:30 – 5:45 p.m.
Wednesday @ 12 – 1:10 p.m.
Thursday @ 8:30 – 9:45 a.m.

Hansa teaches a gentle vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and a short meditation. 

With Sandy:

Tuesday @ 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Sandy offers a gentle yoga experience with an emphasis on breath and inner awareness. The class is suitable for all ages with modifications as needed. Sandy has been practicing yoga for over 40 years, and teaching for over 20 years. PranaYoga is her home studio and she is grateful to Hansa as her teacher and mentor.
