Exploring Mayākośa: Mano and Vijñanan
The pañca mayākośa teach five layers of consciousness: the physical body, energy, mind, wisdom and component of stillness within. The following series of classes guide us to explore the mind using other yoga tools. The first course explores āsana as a messenger through how āsana moves prāna in the body and how the name and language used to guide āsana can guide one to mental and wisdom insights. The second course is an exploration of the two sides of the nine emotions that govern the mind. The final workshop is a journey into Mental Health and the tools of yoga!
