Marma points are energy vortexes in the body.  They can be used to balance a doṣa, your body’s unique constitution.  Marma points can be used similar to acupuncture points like to bring more fluid into your body, or increase heat or help with digestion, or . . .

The course will start with an overview of the marma points, taught in five once a week sessions.   The final weekend sessions will focus on the application of marma for well-being. You may take the weekdays only. The prerequisite for the weekend days is the weekly sessions.
